Cancellation/Return Policy*

AT Sppartos, WE PRIDE OURSELVES ON THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND OUR DEDICATION TO
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. We allow 14 days to return your orders without any questions being asked following the below conditions,

1. UNUSED PRODUCT AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING
All products must be returned in their original condition.

2. WARRANTY COMPLAINTS -PRODUCT IN USE IS NOT SATISFACTORY FOR THE INTENDED PURPOSE

Please note we will not accept return if:
- Products not properly maintained
- Based on our assessment, Sppartos team retains the right to accept or refuse the return and will choose the adapted solution (exchange, partial or full refund).
Note: You can only return the product, currently there is no replacement option. Also, the return shipping charges are to be borne by the buyer only.

P.S: All Fitness Products listed inside the fitness products section does not qualify for return/replacement.

HOW TO RAISE THE RETURN REQUEST

To return your online order in the store, please follow these steps:
1 - Goto Return or Cancel order in the quick links section.

2 - A google form will open up. Complete the form with all all the details of the order for which you want to place the return or cancellation.
3 - Attach Photo of product.
5 - Confirmation mail for Return/cancellation Request will be sent in 24 Hours  by Sppartos
6- Pack the products
7- Pickup will be done within 5 business days

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of orders is only permissible until the order is not dispatched from our warehouse and we request all our customers to raise the cancellation request within 12 hours of order placed as all our orders dispatched within 1 business day.
If the order is dispatched, Cancellation request will not be entertained.

On rejection of orders at the time of delivery, you will be charged both the forward and reverse shipping fee for the order which will be deducted before issuing the refund for the order.

Please note we do not charge any cancellation fee on order cancellation. However, a transaction charge of 5% is placed by our banking partners which will be deducted before issuing the refund to the original payment method.

HOW WILL RETURN PROCESS WORK
- Once the Return request is made, pickup will be done within 5 business days from your address or you may have to self dispatch the product if return pickup is not available at your location. Products are to be kept with packaging material.
- If there is any discrepancy with return request & physical products being handed over at time of pickup, pickup will be denied.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND

- Refund will be initiated within 48 hrs from when the products were picked up/dropped at the store, you should get an e-mail confirmation that the refund is initiated
- Within 5-7 business days from the date of initiating a refund, you should receive a refund.
-Refund could be issued either through Gift Card(Store Credit) or to the original payment method as per the sole discretion of Sppartos Return Management Team only.
-Both the Forward and Return Shipping Charges incurred during the movement of product will be deducted before issuing the refund.
